Kilvington Lakes is a renowned local nature reserve: 80 acres of water across four lakes, with the remaining land woodland and wild meadow, all managed to enhance nature.
The Lakes
South Lake
The lodges are arranged along the shore of South Lake, a 45-acre body of crystal-clear water containing its own island, with gently sloping shores that make access easy.
Lodge owners and their guests have exclusive use of the meadows surrounding South Lake.

Across the estate
Four lakes, 80 acres of water
South, Belvoir Waters, North and Woodland lakes together make up 80 acres of water within the wider 230-acre estate.
Woodland and wild meadow
The remaining land is woodland and wild meadow, all managed to enhance nature. A further 25 acres of native woodland is being planted from this autumn.
Paths and mown tracks
Paths lead from the lodges into the wider estate and mown tracks run north to the River Devon, which forms the boundary. A short walk takes you to the local pub.
Fishing
Fishing on the estate
South Lake - owners only
Private use for lodge owners and their guests. Forty-five acres, with shallow margins and areas up to 18m deep.
North and Woodland lakes
Rudd, perch, pike and carp on the smaller waters, with advice and information from our water bailiff.
Belvoir Waters
A well-established private members' club on the 26-acre Belvoir Waters for specimen carp and pike. Annual memberships available.
