The buying process, step by step
Six clearly defined stages, typically completed within four to nine months depending on the residence and the specification chosen.
Process
Considered, transparent and unhurried
We deliberately sell a small number of residences each year. You will deal with the same person from first viewing to handover.

Private viewing
Meet our sales team on site, walk the estate and see the show residences. Viewings are by appointment, seven days a week, and take around ninety minutes.

Choosing your plot
Aspect, privacy and light differ considerably across the thirty-four plots. We will walk the shortlist with you at the time of day you are most likely to be here.

Reservation
A reservation fee of £5,000 secures your plot and residence for twenty-eight days while the paperwork is prepared. It is fully deducted from the purchase price.

Specification
You will meet our interior designer to select finishes, cabinetry, stone and lighting, and to agree any structural alterations. Costs are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Agreement and payment
Your solicitor reviews the freehold transfer and estate documents. A staged payment schedule follows, with the balance due on completion of the residence.

Handover
Your lodge is sited, connected, landscaped and cleaned before you receive the keys. The estate manager will run through everything on the day and remain available afterwards.
After Handover
Ownership, looked after
Your residence is covered by a twelve-year structural warranty and a two-year fixtures warranty, both administered by us directly.
The estate team handles grounds, security and maintenance year round, and can arrange housekeeping, key-holding and a stocked fridge before each arrival.
